Azuga GPS Tracking

We have a new GPS Vehicle Tracking system installed in all vehicles except the Hopper and M35. The system is provided by Azuga through our insurance company, and is free for the most part. The default screen that opens up should be the GPS tracking map under the LIVE menu option, as shown below. You can search for a specific vehicle, and view vehicle history by date/time in a breadcrumb map style. Click on vehicle name, then click on play arrow as shown in the last picture below.

Assigning Driver and Dispatching Individual Trips

After you have found a driver that the reservation fits with, You will need to send the reservation to the driver. Step 1- Choose the Driver's Name Step 2- Select the Vehicle Step 3- Select Driver Scheduled. This will make the reservation show up on the Driver's App. Step 4- Choosing the Dispatch Status. Step 5- Emailing the trip ticket to the Driver.

Wakeup Call Emails To Overnight Dispatch (LimoCommand)

1. Open up a new email in Freshdesk. Click new and Chose Email 2.Pick the Sales@jameslimousine.com email address 3. Limo Command Email address- jameseoslist@limocommand.com 4. Subject should be: Wake Up Calls for <enter date> 5. Click on the star to insert canned response 6. Choose General then Wake up call instructions. 7. Enter driver name and wake up time.

Part Time Drivers Dispatch Procedures

The schedule is sent out around 4 pm every day. It is our job to call the part timers to confirm the work with them. Full timers will confirm their own work. If there are any type of special circumstances, call the driver even full-time drivers.
