The schedule is sent out around 4 pm every day. It is our job to call the part timers to confirm the work with them. Full timers will confirm their own work.
If there are any type of special circumstances, call the driver even full-time drivers.
Calling Part Timers
Review the Following with them:
- Time
- P/U & D/O & Stop Locations
- Type of Vehicle and Vehicle number
- Any Special Trip Notes
If you get their voicemail, leave a message for the driver to call us back or confirm through the driver app.
You will need to change the Driver Dispatch Status
Chose Dispatch Completed if you spoke with the driver.
Chose Called, Message left on Phone if you left a message.
Examples:
You need to inform the driver that it's a sweet 16 birthday party and they will need to decorate the Vehicle.
With reservations that are the exact same with 2 vehicles, you will need to call both drivers to inform them the details of the reservation and who the other driver is. We want them to show up at the same time.
