1. Open up a new email in Freshdesk. Click new and Chose Email
2.Pick the Sales@jameslimousine.com email address
3. Limo Command Email address- jameseoslist@limocommand.com
4. Subject should be: Wake Up Calls for <enter date>
5. Click on the star to insert canned response
6. Choose General then Wake up call instructions.
7. Enter driver name and wake up time.
