To All Commonwealth Affiliate Partners:
Effective July 4th we will discontinue verbally confirming all reservations with your offices, with the exception of the road show reservations. We will continue to verbally confirm those particular reservations due to the importance, and amount of changes that are made. Instead of these verbal calls we will be sending manifests to your offices to the same email address as we send confirmations. These manifests will be automatically sent out at 6am for all same day reservations, and 8pm for all next day reservations. I urge you to check the details of these manifests carefully, and make certain you have the same information in your livery systems. This is crucial to our success.
As many of you in this industry, we are trying to eliminate as many manual procedures as we can, and utilize our technology to its fullest.
