1.Click on Menu
2. Highlight System, Company & User Setup. Then Click on WebExpress User Security Setup
3. Highlight the Drivers Name and Click on Edit
4. Click on the box next to Reset User's Password, Then click OK. The new password will be password
It will prompt the driver to change his password to a new one.
