Cancellation Policy/How to issue refunds

Cancel Policy:

 

For Sedans, SUVs, & Vans- 2 hours 

For Limos & Coaches 24 hours

The Fee for a No Show/Late Cancellation is minimum fare for the vehicle type. 

 

For reservations with a deposit:

 

The 25% deposit is refundable if canceled 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.

 

 i.e. The Trip is scheduled for June 1st, They cancel on May 4th.  The deposit is refunded

       The Trip is scheduled for June 1st, They cancel on May 31st.  The deposit is Non-refundable. 

 

 

 

How to refund a deposit

 

DO NOT cancel the reservation before issuing the refund

 

Click on Deposits

Once the Popup screen opens, Highlight the deposit you are refunding, click on Edit.

Only Void the Charge if the deposit was taken the same day and it is before 3 PM.

 

In all other situations, you will credit the charge.

Finally, Click OK

If the charge is Voided, they will not see it on their account at all.

If the charge is credited, it takes the normal 3 to 5 business days to credit.  It all depends on the day we credit it and the bank they use. 

 

 

How to Cancel

 

 

On the main screen of Fasttrak, Highlight the reservation you are needing to cancel, Click in the far right-hand corner of the status.

Chose the cancellation type that applies to the reservation. 

 

No Show- We are on location 

Cancelled- If it is cancelled within the 2 or 24 hours (For Sedans, SUVs, & Vans- 2 hours For Limos & Coaches 24 hours)

 

 

Cancelled Not Billable- It is canceled prior to the 2 or 24 hours cancellation policy

Click OK

Enter the Name of the person Cancelling the reservation and Click OK

Send a confirmation to the passenger/booker.
